Brave Bison Social & Influencer

The proud Social & Influencer arm of Brave Bison. We wow audiences by blending hand-picked influencers with bold social strategies and big stories. We create iconic content that grabs audiences by the eyeballs.

We’re curious. We cultivate broadly and work closely with our social media platform partners (the likes of Meta, YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat), and use data to inform creativity for some of the boldest brands in the world.

We’re expert listeners, bringing data-driven insight, strategy, and conceptual development against a range of complex brand challenges. That’s why we’re the client partner of choice across a range of industries from electronics to health and beauty to automotive, for an impressive roster of clients, including the likes of: Vodafone, Ellesse, WWF and SK-II.

We’re leading the herd. Using the magic three - organic social, paid social, and influencer marketing, we’ve created the Brave Method, a new-age integrated approach, that gets our clients the results they need.

While others struggle to keep pace, our media network, with monthly views in the billions, keeps us ahead. Because after all, social media never sleeps.

Step into a universe like no other.

The Role

The social and Influencer team are looking for an accomplished Influencer Manager to support Brave Bison and our growth ambitions in this space. We don’t believe in transactional relationships with talent. We pride ourselves on finding the right talent for the task at hand and building a mutually beneficial partnership between us, the talent, and the client. People first, intuitive Talent Managers are at the heart of this approach.

You’ll be working with a team of Data Strategists, Social Strategists, Account handlers, and creatives to identify and relationship manage influencers from the negotiation of terms - through to the delivery of standout creative content.

Desired skills & experience

You’ll need to know content and social inside and out but that doesn’t necessarily mean you need a creative agency background. The ability to draw down on past experience, and use it to strategise influencer led solutions to client/brand challenges is key, but we’re open to where that experience comes from. You could be a talent/influencer manager at an existing agency, you might be a celebrity talent manager, you could work in PR agency but what’s important is that you understand the potential for influencer marketing and know how to identify and implement the right solution.

What is most important is that you’re humble enough to be proven wrong and talented enough to mostly be right.

Key Responsibilities

Beyond the day-to-day identification and management of talent, we believe the right person for this role will help define how we work with influencers by:

  • Helping to define our approach and unique proposition for influencer marketing
  • Establishing/refining our methodology around influencer selection and management
  • Instilling processes around content management with the ambition of delivering standout influencer creative
  • Looking for further ways to productise our offering
  • Being a strong representative of Brave Bison’s influencer offering, engaging with the sector community (attend influencer networking events etc)
  • Building out a talent management team to deliver effectively against client briefs

    What you’ll get

Our people make us who we are, so to make sure we attract and retain the best and brightest in the industry, we offer an attractive benefits package. Of course, we offer the usual perks you would expect from a leading agency (stylish office, tick! Pool table, tick! Friday beers, tick! Daily breakfast and fruit, tick!).

But not only that. We are the UK’s first carbon neutral agency (a status we have held since 2018), with a serious commitment to monitoring and reducing the impact our work has on the planet across three core sustainability pillars of Greenhouse Gases, Waste & Recycling and Sustainable Consumption.

Then there’s a whole host of benefits – from discounted gym memberships and free eye tests to an employee pension scheme and enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption package. Here’s a snapshot of just some of the benefits we think you might also like:

    • Dynamic working: To keep that work-life harmony in check, we're flexible on where and when you work
    • Above-statutory employer’s pension contribution: It matters, so we make sure it’s done properly (4% contribution)

    • Income protection: We know it feels good to be covered, just in case
    • Calm Subscription: Now more than ever, it’s important to mind your mind!
